Nuad Thai Energy Treatment

Nuad Thai Yoga Massage is a sacred and ancient practice rooted in India’s Ayurvedic and Yogic healing traditions, dating back around 2500 years, also known as ‘Nuad Boran’, meaning ‘Ancient Healing Touch’.


It is based on the belief in the flow of vital energy (prana or chi) within the body, and blockages in this energy can lead to sickness. Through Thai massage techniques, these blockages are cleared, promoting healing through different healing arts, such as Osteo-Thai, Dynamic Thai & ‘Sensory Repatterning’, which directly affects the nervous system.


This massage is deeply spiritual, closely linked to Buddha’s teachings, and incorporates concepts like Metta (loving kindness) and Vipassana (meditation of insight). Practiced in a meditative state, it fosters sensitivity and compassion in the masseur, allowing them to connect with the patient’s needs and facilitate their healing journey.
